Graphic Design and User Interface for Lifeshare.
Lifeshare aims at improving the wellbeing of elderly people, specially the ones with limited mobility, by reinforcing the feelings of togetherness and connectedness between them and their relatives. Lifeshare reinforces these feelings by keeping the elder updated with the whereabouts of his/her family. The whereabouts are captured by an application that the family members install in their mobile phones, this action is done automatically, so the family members can share their activities without having to constantly interrupt their routines. The whereabouts information, which is actually the family member location, is extended with context information and then it is sent to a tablet application. The tablet application presents the family's whereabouts in the form of a slideshow, so the elder can see the activities of his/her family without having to interact with the tablet application.
